Each system produces a predictable, specific yield and each installation is thoroughly vetted prior to installation. The first fund we are managing and operating the assets for is the Goldfield Solar EIS Fund. We believe that our chosen assets have been extensively researched to make sure that the highest possible yield is obtained. All systems are guaranteed by both the installer and manufacturer of the components used and are fully maintained by Goldfield Partners under contract for the full 25 years of FITS. All systems are fully insured against damage or theft.

This fund is different to various other funds within the renewable energy sector in that the underlying assets have already been identified. Investors are therefore less exposed to significant planning or construction risk and the Investor funds can be utilised without any undue delay.
